Built to Win
Leadership Cohort
A small group of leaders. One session a week. A working method for restarting a team that has stalled — and keeping it moving after you do.
$997 · Enrollment closes October 8, or when the cohort fills.
Why this exists
Teams rarely stall because the people are wrong or the goal was bad. They stall because the work got noisy, the standard slipped quietly, and the only person still pushing is you. Six weeks is long enough to change all three.
Most people don’t miss their biggest goals because they lack talent, resources, or work ethic. They miss them because somewhere along the way, they lost momentum.
What you walk away with
The cohort runs six weeks. What you build inside it covers the quarter that follows.
Define a compelling vision for your team’s next 90 days, name the outcomes that matter most, and eliminate the competing priorities creating the distraction.
Identify the beliefs, habits, and leadership patterns slowing your progress, and strengthen the confidence to make the decision, have the difficult conversation, and act.
Turn the vision into a practical roadmap — clear priorities, milestones, success measures, and weekly actions — so you know exactly what needs to happen next.
Establish personal and team rhythms for execution, reflection, accountability, and course correction, so progress continues after the cohort ends.
The team is the outcome. You are the lever — which is why the six weeks work on the leader.
Who belongs in the room
Directors, executives, and people leaders carrying a team that has stalled — in healthcare, education, government, the nonprofit sector, and business.
The arc
Six Friday mornings, 9:00 to 10:30 Pacific. Each week builds on the one before it. You leave every session with something written down and one thing to take back to your team before the next one.
Most stalled teams are carrying four priorities and finishing none of them. You will name the one thing your team is actually accountable for this quarter, and write down exactly what is competing with it for their attention.
You leave with — the one goal, and a written list of what is stealing from it
Teams rarely fail at their best. They drift at their ordinary. This week sets the standard your team holds on a normal Tuesday — and names the first thing you stop tolerating.
You leave with — a written team standard and one thing you stop accepting
Every stalled team runs on a story. We always get pulled off this. Leadership will change it anyway. That is just how it works here. You will name the story your team is operating on, and write the one that replaces it.
You leave with — the story your team tells itself, and its replacement
You cannot out-work a stalled team. This week moves you from pushing harder to deciding what kind of leader this team needs — and letting your calendar follow that decision instead of the other way around.
You leave with — a written leadership identity and the behaviors it requires
If you are the only source of accountability, momentum stops the week you are out. You will map who holds what — inside your team and around you — so the work no longer depends on your presence in the room.
You leave with — accountability mapped to people, not to you
The last session is not a summary. You will make one dated, specific commitment in front of the group, with the plan and the people to keep it — and leave with the first conversation already on your team’s calendar.
You leave with — a dated commitment and the meeting already scheduled
That is the whole six weeks.$997 · Oct 9 – Nov 13 · Enrollment closes Oct 8

Sessions run 9:00 to 10:30 AM Pacific. Every one is live and worked through together — teaching, then application, then commitment for the week ahead. Between sessions you take one thing back to your team, not ten. Miss a week and the recording holds your place, but the room is the point. The cohort is capped so every person gets air time.
